THE V97 BOUNDARY

Membership lifecycle evidence is not member activation, suspension, retirement, credential issuance, registry mutation or peer-connection authority.

This court produces deterministic local evidence only. It cannot access identities or wallets, generate keys or shares, construct or sign a real transaction, connect to a network, broadcast, hold custody, recover an account, move an asset, or mutate production.
